Yes. OATING is plant-based and lactose-free — there is no dairy in any carton. It is a direct swap for cow's milk in coffee, cereal, smoothies and baking.

OATING contains oats. It is produced in a facility that also handles soya, and may contain traces of tree nuts. Always check the carton before serving anyone with an allergy.

Original is water, Swedish oats (10%), sunflower oil, sea salt, calcium and vitamins D and B12. Flavoured cartons add their flavour on the same oat base — the full list is on each product page.

No added sugar. The sugars shown on the nutrition panel occur naturally in the oats themselves.

Yes. Barista is the one built for espresso — it steams and holds microfoam for latte art. Original splashes into a coffee without overpowering it, and works just as well cold.
